Client Confidentiality and Security

The confidentiality of our projects and information is of utmost importance to us. In order to protect the confidentiality of our clients' projects when it comes to information safety, physical security, and other factors, we take measures to create a very safe development environment. It is very important to maintain discretion when dealing with clients in order to develop a productive and long-lasting relationship. Throughout the entire life cycle of the project, we are completely committed to safeguarding our customers' IP

Each time we take on a project with a customer that places respect for every bit of their private and proprietary data, we sign and implement a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Our NDA typically includes the following:

• The exact kind of data that will be assimilated from the customer's end
• Accumulating this information is central to the project
• Put the gathered information to use through the processes described belows
• To ensure total safety, meticulous methods and steps will be followed

NDA for employees

• When the hiring of employee is done, it is ensured that all of the employee sign an exclusive and agreement to protect the information of the customer. A separate NDA is also signed by the employees.
• Employees are bounded to not reveal any data that is directly or indirectly related tp any person.

Safety of Data

• On our systems, firewalls are configured to limit access to users within our network only
• An annual virus scan is performed and descriptive log files are kept to efficiently screen and track usage
• We do not allow the use of open email services, storage devices like DVDs, disk drivers or writers on any of our desktop systems
• The access to the primary administrator controls is given to only a very few, specific IP addresses, thus preventing unapproved entry by users

• In order to maintain the highest level of safety on every project, we allocate dedicated assets. By doing so, any unnecessary and unsanctioned use of resources is avoided, thereby preserving confidentiality.
• Due to our robust ethical framework, we strictly prohibit any and all exchange of intellectual property between projects.
